Many changing rooms and club houses are used sporadically during the week and even more so out of their particular sporting season. For this reason all buildings need to be secure and safe enough to be left unattended for long periods of time.

Due to their nature of use sports and leisure buildings need to be hard wearing and robust both externally and internally, whilst still offering a place of comfort during the cold weather months.

With maintenance and longevity always being a factor taken into consideration by any client, Roan Modular Buildings are the only firm to supply a 2 year Building Warranty period alongside a 60 year Structural Design period.

Our built units take little maintenance, however regardless of how long you have your building Roan Building Systems will rapidly attend to your needs, whether your requirement is alterations, relocation, general service or repairs.

All our units can come supplied either in our plastisol coated steel standard finish or any fascia that is required to fit in with the surrounding area.

Dependant on the type of building needed and the size required Roan Building Systems can supply Changing rooms and Pavilions in both our Modular construction system and our Anti Vandal Range. We can also supply on a Hire or Sale contract.

There are no restrictions with the layout of our changing rooms. Every client has a different need and we are happy to supply them with various design ideas that they can then modify to suit their purpose.
