We are the only firm to offer a two year warranty on all new buildings and in the unlikely event you experience a problem with a Roan Building Systems building, we will have a service crew dispatched to you within 48 hours.

At Roan Building Systems we view the purchase of a building as only the beginning of our relationship with you. We are committed to the highest level of after sales service. We recognise the importance of our existing customers and as a direct result of this, much of our business is generated by repeat orders. Design

As part of our total turn-key solutions, we can offer a full design process. Our skilled CAD department can work independently or with a client’s architect to achieve the most economical and visually appealing building. We have the experience and understanding to turn even the vaguest ideas into reality

Planning Permission

Planning permission can be a lengthy and arduous process and Roan Building Systems can offer our expertise is this area, ensuring as smooth an application as possible. We can either liase with your chosen architect or look after the process completely.

Fire Certification

Applications for the fire certification can be as tedious and intimidating as planning permission, so we offer a complete service to ensure your peace of mind.

Site Preparation & Civil Works

Regardless of the size of the project, we have both the experienced project managers and qualified craftsmen required to manage the civil works side of the project. From foundations, paths and ramps to landscaping and connection to services, leave it to us!
