Solution:

Roan Building Systems was awarded the contract & the new Sapling School was built in less than 14 weeks. The new school provides purpose-designed facilities to cater specifically for children with Autism, including a reception, specialised classrooms, resource rooms, dining & toilet facilities. The internal fit-out included mechanical & electrical, telephone & data systems, suspended ceilings, decoration, floor covering, fire & intruder alarms.

In addition to constructing the school, the contract included all civil works including foundations, landscaping, new water & waste treatment facilities and the provision of parking spaces for 25 cars.
