Prior to the start of the 2008 football season, Wanderers FC were required to upgrade certain facilities in order to meet new stringent UEFA directives. One of the major challenges facing the team was the redevelopment of the existing club dressing rooms.

Roan Building Systems have a long standing relationship with Wanderers FC, having supplied changing room facilities & various buildings to the club in the past. Once again the club entrusted Roan Building Systems to deliver a 200sq metre dressing room within a 6 week period.

Erin Go Bragh GAA was a new formed club in the New Littlepace area of Clonee, who had playing pitches but no club house or changing rooms, but were offered some space in the local school, Mary Mother of Hope.

The club began to undertake the task to put changing rooms in, but also part of the brief was to be able to re-locate the building as the playing area was further developed, part of the planning permission was to insert a Rain water harvesting facilty.
