Roan Buildings were awarded the contract to provide construction project offices for John Sisk & Son in the €130m redevelopment project for the Mater Hospital.

Roan Buildings has a strong relationship with Sisk having supplied buildings to the company for over 25 years including the projects offices for development of the new Aviva Stadium at Lansdowne Rd.

General contracting company John Sisk & Son Ltd, was awarded the contract to construct this new Stadium in November 2007.

The stadium which is due for completion in early 2010 will have an all-seated capacity of 50,000 and will consist of a continuous curvilinear shaped stand enclosing all four sides of the ground. Such a complicated project requires a high level of on-site management, administration, technical & design staff.

The N6 road Scheme involves the construction of approximately 57.6km of new roadway built to motorway standard, a 7km link road to the Loughrea bypass, 32km of side roads & four grade-separated junctions.
